Dancer Registration: Half an hour before the audition starts
Auditions/Costume Fittings: Plan to stay after audition for possible costume fittings.
• Performance fee is $40 per dancer, payable on the Audition day. Please make check payable to CBT. If not casted, your check will be returned that day.
• Rehearsals will be held at the studio on Saturday and/or Sunday. Depending on your child's part(s), he or she could be called for more days of rehearsals during the week. If that is the case, you will be notified. Rehearsals are mandatory so please do not asked to be excused as perfect attendance is essential to preparing for all performances. There are multiple shows that your child maybe a part of. CBT's Snow White and Jolly Roger is a smaller size cast for younger children so skill level, part descriptions and perfect attendance is reviewed for casting.
• Rehearsal times will be posted via internet. In addition, the rehearsal schedule will be posted at the Studio.
• Performances are at the Peace Center, Gunter Theatre or Concert Hall
• Technical Week begins a week before Opening Night
Attention Parents: Volunteers needed in various areas (Studio Sitters during rehearsal, Costumes, Boutique, Backstage, etc.) with this Production. If interested please see Emily Chester CBT's Production Manager for details.
