Ages 3 to 5 Pre-K program

This class introduces young children
to the joys of dance. This program
is a prelude to formal ballet instruction
and stresses creativity and group
interaction. (45 mins)


Ages 5 to 8 K-5 to 2nd grade

Building on the creative exploration
of Kinderdanze, students delve deeper
into fundamentals of ballet. Structured
Jazz and Tap classes are also oered to
ballet students. (45 mins to 1 hour)


Ages 8 to 11 3rd to 5th grade

Emphazising body strength, control
and flexibilty, young dancers take
more technique classes (at least two
45 mins) and finish these programs in
the Beginner Pointe level. Students
begin their “pointe work technique”.


Ages 12 to 18 5th to 12th grade

While deeping their knowledge and
refining their technique, maturing
dancers hone in on their own unique
voice. More commitment is necassary
as classes in Jazz, Modern,
Flamenco, Choreography and
performing programs are oered as
part of their curriculum



Young at heart

Open classes are taught in Tango,
Ballet, Jazz and Pilates. Each class is
designed to strengthen muscles and
ignite the mind-body connection all in
a fun and nurturing environment.
